Dr. Karen Pugh graduated from Indiana University Optometry School in 1989. After graduation, she served her country as a captain in the Biomedical Service Corp in the USAF. After completing her active duty commitment, she moved to South Bend in 1992. Dr. Pugh has been associated with Pearle Vision since 1995 and is active in her local community. She participates in Hometown Day and has done school vision screenings for several years. She also volunteers with Pet Refuge, a no-kill animal shelter. She lives in South Bend with her 6 year old daughter Corrie.
