We will bill your insurance company for you in most cases. Some plans require you to request a reimbursement from them. In this case, you pay the exam at the time of service. You will be given a detailed receipt that will have all the information needed for your plan to reimburse you. Of course, if the insurance company needs additional information, they can contact us.
Occasionally, a deductible needs to be met before payment is made. If this happens, we will bill you for the deductible.

We participate in EYEMED vision plans as well as most vision plans,
including BC/BS, Parker Hannifan, Comast, Norfolk Southern and many more
We participate in many vision savings plans, including AARP.
